FULL SERVICE PLANNING

From when you first get engaged and every step of the way, this is the perfect package for when you just do not know where to begin when planning a big event and would love to take a lot of the stress away with having a planner. Full service planning includes all the services below plus budget planning, meeting and communication with vendors, design and layout of your wedding or event, attending final walk through with your venue and up to 12 hours of consultation meetings.

Month-of Coordination

Our month-of coordination package is designed for couples who have vendors booked, design decided and are just needing some additional help to organize final details and enjoy their last few months leading up to their wedding or event. We want to make sure everything is in place and are here to help finalize all those last minute to do’s. This package includes everything listed below as well as our team will make sure we review vendor contracts and help with getting their insurance turned in, finalizing table layout and design, attending your final meeting with venue and other vendors as needed, and up to 6 hours of consultation meetings. Our way of stepping up our day-of coordination package!

Both of our packages include the following:


  • Confirmation with all vendors.

    Vendors have an important part in a wedding day and we love working with them! So leave it to us to make sure everyone arrives where they need to be and when they need to be there.

  • Creation of timeline and floor plan.

    To us, creating a timeline and floor plan helps everything run smoothly during your event. We will create a detailed timeline to keep everything organized for you, your guests and your vendors.

  • Unlimited Communication.

    From the time you book with us to the time you get in your getaway car (and even after your wedding to stay in touch) you will have unlimited communication with us. Planning a wedding comes with a lot of questions and we are here to help you along they way.

  • Use of planner and assistant for day-of set up/design.

    My assistant and I will always be the first to arrive at the venue ready to take on the day. We are here to set up, make your design dreams come to life and keep everything on track during your event.

  • Coordination of day-of rehearsal and ceremony.

    We know how important your ceremony and everyone you have asked to be involved means to you! We will make sure everyone knows when to walk, where to stand and every aspect of your ceremony is how you envisioned.

  • Oversee breakdown and clean-up.

    Sometimes at the end of the night, your tribe will be either ready for bed or ready to keep the celebration going off site so our team will be there to oversee the break down of your event and help you with venue cleanup.
